Whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever gives their life will save it. Whoever lives only to preserve themselves will one day see with sadness that they never truly lived. On the other hand, whoever dares to give themselves, to love without holding back, like the legend of the pelican that feeds its chicks by opening its chest, will find that after that "small death" there is life that renews, there are fruits in abundance. They will feel that they have lived and continue living in expansion.
