Shipping Policies

Shipping Policy

We are aware that one of the aspects that usually concerns people who visit the Store has to do with shipping. How and when will the purchased work arrive? What happens if it doesn't arrive or if it arrives damaged? We want to provide the maximum possible peace of mind and security on our part. For this, we have our Shipping Policy. Unlike other shipping policies, which seek not to respond to situations that affect the work during transportation, ours aims to solve problems as far as possible, anticipating what concerns the Buyer may have.  We apply he following rules to our shipments:

  1. Shipping is free. Daniela assumes these costs, there is no additional charge for this concept.

  2. It is important not to confuse shipping costs with the entry fees to the country of the Destination Place referred to in point 11 of the Terms and Conditions. They are two different concepts, we can know and control the shipping costs, but not the entry fees, which vary from country to country and are beyond Daniela's control.

  3. To carry out our shipments, we use appropriate packaging for the artworks. Depending on their characteristics (especially the size), we use shipping tubes or specially conditioned envelopes for shipping.

  4. We make shipments through specialized providers. In principle, we use Correos de España, Fedex or, eventually, some other specialized provider. In any case, we ensure that the provider provides us with a tracking system to know the status of the package at all times. We share the tracking method with the Buyer so that they can also know the location of the Physical Work at all times. We cannot ensure the accuracy of the information provided by the provider, but it gives us peace of mind to know that they are specialized providers recognized in their industry.

  5. Daniela assumes the risk of shipping the Physical Work until it arrives in the country of the Destination Place. That is, she assumes the risk in case the Physical Work is damaged or lost during transportation. We do this because we are the ones who hire the shipping provider.

  6. Notwithstanding assuming the costs and risks of shipments, we usually take out insurance that covers the risks to which the Physical Work is exposed during transportation. In this sense, if for any reason the acquired Physical Work does not arrive in the country of the Destination Place, or arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately to follow the instructions we will give you depending on the situation. This is very relevant for us so we can be able activate our insurance.

  7. In case the Physical Work is lost during transportation, we will refund the amount paid, unless the Buyer prefers that we replace the Physical Work in some way, in which case we will coordinate what is most convenient. In case the Physical Work has been damaged, we will coordinate with the Buyer the most appropriate way to resolve the situation, including the return of the Physical Work and the reimbursement of the Price.

  8. The risk assumed on the shipment ends with the arrival of the Physical Work in the country of the Destination Place.
  9. The estimated shipping time may vary, but usually never excedes two weeks.
  10. We take 2-3 working days before shipping to prepare your order (may take a bit longer in the case of the giclées). It is important to note that we do not start preparing your order until the payment has been successfully deposited into our account, but the Buyer can consider the piece reserved. In case some days pass by and the price of the purchase has not been deposited, we will contact you to address the situation.
